The guarantee covers any engine fault or breakage to any WOW vehicle, when used in normal, domestic conditions. The guarantee does not cover commercial use or any misuse of the toy.

To be able to claim under the 5 year Guarantee, you must send email to [email protected], within 30 days of buying your WOW toy. You will also need to provide your contact (name, address, phone, email address) and a receipt as proof of purchase .

If you do not send email within this time, you may not be able to claim under the guarantee. The claim must be made within 5 years of the purchase date. Please send email request to [email protected]. After the team has review your defective product, the new toy will be replaced free of charge.
